At Alaska Canine Services, we work with you in the comfort of your home to create a safe and stress free learning environment. Each educational session is personalized to meet the specific needs of the family and their pets.

We help identify behavioral issues such as jumping up on people or counters, potty training, marking, mouthing/biting, digging, along with many more things puppies and adult dogs do. Then support and show you ways to teach them all the things you want your pet to learn using positive reinforcement. Sit, stay, leash handling/walking, tricks, are just a few of the basics.

Training/Teaching is a mechanical skill. The tools we use are very important. We educate the family on the different collars, leashes, reinforcers, methods of delivering them, treat pouches, and other pet supplies along with different ways to use them. finding the best method for you makes the experience more successful and fun for all involved. Including the dogs.

Our fucus is on improving communication and helping you create a stronger, more positive connection between you and your companion.

Even though you may want them with you all the time, life happens. For a pet lover like you, a professional Pet Sitter may be a great option.
